ATX Advisory Services—a consulting firm that works with mid-market businesses to effectively leverage software and enterprise data—today announced Mike Kennie has been named as a partner. Kennie will join the firm’s other two founding partners, Mark DiGiovanni and Brendan Abbott. Kennie joined ATX in 2018 as Chief Technology Officer, and as a partner, will continue to focus on the ATX Business Data & Analytics practice.
“We brought Mike on to expand the business intelligence and software integration solutions we offer to clients, and he has done a great job growing our client base,” said DiGiovanni. “He has led the way by helping our clients implement and integrate leading enterprise-scale data platforms that enable them to generate and monitor key performance indicators so they can manage operations more efficiently.”
Kennie is the first ATX employee to join the founding partners. “Mike earned the partnership through his dedication to helping our clients achieve their analytics initiatives,” Abbot said.“His in-depth knowledge and skills around building, deploying and operating integrated data solutions that span wide and varied data sources have been major keys to our client successes.”
Under Kennie’s guidance, the ATX Data & Analytics team has grown significantly with a broad set of skills in designing data solutions and integrating disparate data systems. ATX anticipates the team will double in size over the next 18-24 months.
“I’m very excited about the opportunity to join Mark and Brendan as a partner in helping direct strategic initiatives for growing the company,” Kennie said. “I see a lot of opportunity on the business intelligence side of our business as we expand into different verticals—such as professional services, hospitality, nonprofits, and organizations involved in mission-based lending programs.”
Another key initiative Kennie will lead is the rollout of the next version of Caliper BI, ATX’s analytics-as-a-service offering that currently delivers business intelligence for construction and real estate firms and will expand into other verticals. “Version 4 will feature enhanced scalability and management capabilities as well as an expanded user-experience,” Kennie added. “In all the solutions we design here at ATX, we emphasize the importance of meeting end-user needs while maximizing ROI through the alignment of appropriate, cost-effective technologies to the overall solution design.”
“The planned expansion of Caliper BI that Mike will manage shows how he has made his mark here at ATX,” said DiGiovanni. “We will continue to bring new talent on board and expand our client base, and Mike will play a key role in helping us achieve these objectives.”
