2025 Year In Review Images-03As I look back on 2025, it stands out as a landmark year of expansion and refinement for our team. In a year that began with economic headwinds, we not only grew at a double-digit pace, but also grew our team and added many new clients, further expanding our capabilities and impact. Just as importantly, we sharpened how we work and how we scale, a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the commitment of our people to build something enduring.

Our impact this past year is best reflected in the scale of the work we’ve accomplished together:

  • 56,439 hours logged in support of our clients
  • 137 projects successfully executed
  • 82 clients served across a diverse range of industries
  • 947 Caliper tickets closed, ensuring our clients’ analytics and data remained seamless and actionable

To support this momentum and meet the increasingly complex needs of our customer base, we strategically aligned our organization to better meet the evolving needs of our clients. This included the introduction of Market Leads, a move designed to provide deeper industry-specific expertise and more focused support for our clients.

2025 Year In Review Images-04Our team also continues to grow in both talent and culture. We welcomed nine new hires this year, each bringing fresh perspectives to our tight-knit team. For the fourth year in a row, we were honored to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine. Maintaining this culture of innovation and support remains our top priority as we scale.

On the service front, we have made significant strides in specialized automation and data infrastructure. We’ve made major advances in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI enablement services for our clients, helping them drive efficiency in a rapidly changing market. Additionally, our team has become exceptionally skilled in complex data migrations, ensuring our clients can modernize their systems with minimal risk and maximum precision.

These technical wins, combined with our ongoing partnerships with the Roux Institute for recruiting talent and growing product expertise with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau have solidified our position as a leader in Technology Strategy and Software Implementation.

As we move into the new year, we remain committed to our 5% initiative, continuing to donate 5% of our annual profits to 2025 Year In Review Images-05charitable organizations, making a positive impact. Our focus for 2026 is clear: continuing to help businesses leverage software and data through sound technology strategy and governance, expanding our core Data and Analytics services, providing world-class software implementation support services, and enabling organizations to realize practical investments in AI that align with company objectives.

Thank you for being a vital part of our journey. We are fully energized and looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together in 2026!

Cheers,

Mark
