We accomplished a lot, including our move to a new headquarters, our first acquisition, transition of one of our founders, and several key promotions to our leadership team. ![2024 Infographics-09](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Infographics-09.png?width=240&height=114&name=2024%20Infographics-09.png)We made a number of key changes this past year to allow us to continue our growth to the next level and meet the increased needs of our customer base. [We rehomed](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/new-headquarters) in 2024 with a move from our downtown office to a larger facility in Biddeford, Maine to allow ![2024 Infographics-05](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Infographics-05.png?width=293&height=143&name=2024%20Infographics-05.png)for continued growth of our team. We expanded our leadership team through the [promotion of Jon Decowski to Partner](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/decowski-partner). Jon has expanded our technical capabilities and I have been thrilled to see him thrive as the leader of our technical team. He has consistently taken on more responsibility, is well-respected by clients, and has helped us to build a culture of innovation. We also were able to promote Tom Ilic to Director of Construction and Ian Netland to Director of Caliper Analytics! We [acquired the expertise of RHA banking](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/atx-acquires-rha-banking) to expand our financial services capabilities. We expanded and developed key [partnerships in the construction](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/buildops-atx-partner) and [facilities management](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/assetworks-atx-collaboration) space along with the formalization of our partnership with Salesforce. Lastly, we established a strategic relationship with the Roux institute to help with our ongoing candidate recruiting pipeline which included the hiring of our first co-op student.![2024 Infographics-02](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Infographics-02.png?width=197&height=197&name=2024%20Infographics-02.png) ![2024 Infographics-10](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Infographics-10.png?width=132&height=214&name=2024%20Infographics-10.png) From a client services perspective, we worked with over ***65 clients***, executed ***125 projects,*** *and logged over**50,000 hours***. Demand continued to be strong in the areas of IT Strategy and Data Analytics and we saw increased demands for implementation services towards the back half of the year along with a flurry of net new client additions to close out the year. We continued to see an uptick in onsite client services and we expect 2025 to be filled with more client face time. We also received some awards that we would never have imagined coming our way including making [***The Inc. 5000*** ](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/atx-makes-the-inc.-5000-for-the-2nd-consecutive-year)list for the second time and being selected a third time honoree for***[Best Places to Work in Maine](https://landing.atxadvisory.com/blog/atx-best-places-to-work-2024)***.
